Olive Court proposal consists of a 43 storey high-rise tower and a six storey timber mid-rise block on the same site. the high-rise tower is intended to be market strata units while the low-rise contains the market rental. The sister project to this “Olive North” was designed in tandem with this project and shares a similar design language.
